Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service cost will apply. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer available slots to clients on our waiting list. 2. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation fee will apply. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur the cancellation fee. No-shows will not be eligible to book future appointments.
